For a full refund, please ensure the following conditions are met: all items must be unopened, untampered, and in their original packaging, complete with all original tags and labels.
Opened or tampered products, not in their original packaging with all tags and labels, may be exchanged for an equally valued product within thirty (30) days of purchase.
ShopKratomLeaf.com reserves the right, at its discretion, to deny return requests from users with an unusually high rate of returns or unusual product claims.
Initiating a Return, Refund, or Exchange:
