Upon shipment, you can typically expect your package to arrive within 2 to 3 business days after the shipping date, excluding Sundays and holidays. While we strive for prompt delivery, please be aware that USPS delivery days may be affected by weather, policy changes, or events beyond our control. Additionally, USPS may observe holidays that could result in shipping delays.

Delivery Windows and Delays: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority, which generally offers a 2-3 business day shipping time. However, delays in USPS transit may occur due to their processing and delivery schedule. Once a package has left our facility and is in transit, we cannot control transit time, delivery schedules, or tracking updates.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they are in transit. If you need to cancel an order, contact Customer Support immediately for assistance.
In the event of extreme delays or if you suspect your package is lost in transit (a week or more), please reach out to our Customer Support Team for assistance in investigating the delay.
Secure, Discreet Packaging: Protecting the privacy of our customers is a top priority. All orders are meticulously packaged in standard USPS boxes without any kratom branding or logos.
To minimize the risk of damage during transit, our Shipping Team securely packages products before sealing the shipping box with an adhesive strip and additional shipping tape if necessary. If you receive a damaged or tampered product, please photograph the damage and contact our Customer Support Team.
Tracking: Every order placed through our website is assigned a USPS tracking number, and you will receive this tracking number via email. The tracking number, sent from Stamps.com on our behalf, can be used to track your order. If you require assistance locating the tracking number, contact our Customer Support for assistance.
However, Customer Support representatives are unable to track packages more precisely than through the provided tracking number and cannot provide more accurate delivery estimates.

Permitted and Restricted Shipping Destinations: Currently, we only ship within the United States, and we do not ship to states, cities, or counties with local kratom bans in place, including Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin, Sarasota County, Union County, Denver, and San Diego.
We do not offer international shipping.
